Everyone can benefit from a health coach because knowledge alone doesn’t create change—structured guidance, accountability, and personalized strategy do. A coach helps translate complex health principles into clear, sustainable action steps tailored to your lifestyle, goals, and challenges. With the right support, progress becomes more consistent, focused, and achievable.
A health coach gets you “unstuck” by helping you figure out what’s keeping you from reaching your health goals. Your coach regularly checks in with you by email, phone calls or in-person meetings, usually over the course of at least three months. During those conversations, a health coach asks questions to get you thinking about how you can overcome challenges.
Overall, the role of a health coach is to facilitate positive lifestyle changes, empower individuals to take control of their OWN health, and provide ongoing support in their wellness journey.
Our "Four Pillars" approach encompasses several key topics including:
1. Proper Human Diet
2. Sleep & Rest
3. Activity & Exercise
4. Mindset/MCBT
Coaching sessions are pre-scheduled, and conducted virtually.
Clients are expected to be on time & prepared to discuss their health status, successes, and challenges in a confidential, open & honest conversation. #CircleOfTrust

If a true emergency occurs, reach out prior to the scheduled session, and we can find a time to reschedule. (1 per quarter)
If we need to change your scheduled sessions to a better day/time, we can likely work that out, too.
